The Heavenly Host

Today’s meditation revolved around Matthew 2:13-23 and Luke 2:39-40,51-52.

I found myself once again beyond space and time. I observed the angels who were assisting You. This time, the focus shifted to the immense battle that rages for each soul, how an infinite number of Your servants carry out Your will in transforming circumstances, urging souls towards perfection. On Earth and beyond. How those who have attained holiness on Earth tirelessly “work” in space and time alongside the angels, bringing about changes to sway the intentions of those here for the better, to turn Your love into the reality that surrounds us.

The scale of it all astonished me, and I spent quite some time in contemplation. Suddenly, I thought about how this work of Earth and Heaven is continuous, yet perhaps not endless, if the end of times will one day come 🙂.

As I observed this vibrant, swirling scene, I recalled St. Faustina and her words that true service would only begin when she left the Earth. How she longed for that moment and how she asked You if You would soon take her to Yourself. I wonder what her service looks like now?..

At that moment, a thought pierced through me unexpectedly and powerfully: “Wait, could I too one day become part of this picture, fully rely on You and join in such work???”
And as soon as this thought raced through my mind, without even the slightest pause in the silence of the room, my phone, which lay nearby, vibrated loudly and briefly. All of this happened in a fleeting moment, and the silence that followed resonated profoundly 🙂.

I turned, looked at the phone, and thought: “Could it be that You answered me so quickly 🙂? No way, that can’t be 😄.” Then, hesitantly, just in case, I picked up the phone and unlocked it. On the screen was a preview of a newsletter from Aliexpress, with the subject line in large letters in Polish reading JUŻ DOSTĘPNE (ALREADY AVAILABLE) 🤭😂.

Yes 🙂, the prospect that even here, in life on Earth, one can join in Your work certainly instils confidence and provides motivation to move forward 😄.
